NuViewHR® is used by organizations with international locations, under a single, global HR database and platform.
Localization of Forms
Any label, on any form/screen, can be displayed in the user’s native language.
NuViewHR maintains field labels as data elements within the database, making label changes, including foreign language labels, as simple as changing data in a table. Adding a new language is reduced to importing a spreadsheet of label translations to enable a brand new language. The forms are automatically translated without any programming needed.
Localization of Data
Data fields can be marked as an International (Unicode) data field. This means that any field can store data in any language, including double byte characters
Dropdowns for Job Titles, Department Names, etc. can be modified to display text appropriate to the user’s language.
Foreign Date Management
Each user can see dates in the format appropriate to their nationality.
Foreign Currency Management
Viewing the right currency, whether it’s U.S. Dollars, the Euro, Yen, Peso or Rupee, is critical to effectively managing a global workforce.
NuViewHR maintains salary data in both U.S. Dollars and the designated foreign currency to make comparisons and interfaces with

Foreign Name & Address fields
NuView HR fields have a vast amount of flexibility with regard to field length and display. This allows for international display elements for Names, Addresses and other data that vary from country to country.
Other Foreign Deployment Options
Sometimes companies deploy the English system in non-English speaking countries if foreign management is expected to speak English.
Sometimes U.S. based companies set up foreign offices as independently managed units in each country.
