Candidate Self-Service (CSS) allows job applicants to apply for job openings/open requisitions and build/submit their resume on-line, directly from your website.

Applying to job openings on-line is now the recruiting norm. Today’s savvy job hunters apply to companies that let them easily apply for jobs and to companies that are both responsive and timely to their job submittals.

With Candidate Self-Service, applicants receive an immediate email after they’ve applied to a position. They can also come back to your site and check the status of their submission(s) – taken right from the database. They can apply for additional openings and/or update their resume with more current information too.

In essence, you empower applicants to communicate and interact with your company through the use of web technology.

Candidate Self-Service also allows you to ask qualifying questions, pertinent to your company and/or the requisition. Common questions include “Can you travel?” or “Can you work remotely?” or other user-defined questions.
